can a manager of a mobile home park ban someone and how must they notify the party they are wanting banned to make it legal?

Unfortunately there are many park managers who will take the law into their own hands and do crazy things. Normally there is some sort of intimidation going on in ALL mobile home parks. The real only solution is to hire an attorney to help you with your rights.
