Breaking land contract in a trailor park. (Indiana)

I purchased a trailor in trailor park, I had no idea that by purchasing this trailor it meant that I would have to pay six months on the land contract. I was also given the wrong title for the trailor, this trailor also has roaches which I did not know about when I purchased it. The trailor park is now trying to sue me. Do I have any rights and if so what can I use in the court to get a fair trial. I am located in indiana.
