Double Wide

I have a person looking to buy a double wide mobile home. The current seller is by an estate for a deceased person and that person bought it from someone that is also deceased. We need to prove that the mobile home retired the title once it was put on a permanent foundation. Is there a way to figure out if they did this? The double wide was originally constructed in 1988 and sold in 2007.
