Ferris Financial Group, Inc. has specialized in manufactured, modular and pre-fab environmentally green and custom homes for over 18 years. We originally started in the manufactured home business by buying older mobile homes and replacing these with new manufactured homes in senior and all age mobile home communities in Northern California.

Today, most of the new homes are placed on private land or in senior park communities. In 2008 we launched our environmentally green homes product line and in 2009 we became a Fuqua Energy Star dealer. Ferris Homes is proud to offer new homes that have earned the Energy Star® label. Energy Star qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements.

Ferris Homes now represents Fuqua, Karsten and Champion homes.
