we are a military family from fort bragg. had our home transported 800 miles. these guys made it easy. a little slow on the phone, but we knew where our home was and what the guys were doing every step of the way. the weather was awful for the move and the company had an employee set with our home for two days while awaiting a break in the weather. never even considered asking us for any extra to cover the guy sitting there for us.
