In our opinion, the best manufactured home factory is Skyline, Fleetwood, Cavco, and Clayton (in that order).

However, the real deciding factor would be price vs. quality vs. size. This is where an expert is absolutely necessary in our opinion.

If you are in California, the very best is West View Homes - listed on this site (for good reason!).

If you are not in California, try to find a good dealer but make sure to speak with some of their customers - this is essential.
