Mobil Home Insurnace

We have a triple wide mobilhome about 1985 sq.ft, it is in good condition and we love it and its on permanant foundation.
Our homeowners insurance keeps going up and up each year, they call it inflation adjustment. Our home was built in 1985. How much insurance should I have on it? I feel iam over insured the amount of insurance is $189,000, that just sounds like alot for a mobil home.
