Mobile home windows - replace sashes

I have modern view windows in my home that are fogged up and would like to know if i can get just the upper and lower sashes to replace them. They are single hung. The sashes measure roughly 42" x 24" the whole window is 45" x 52" inside. These have the 8 panel grid inside of them, I could remove the glass in the top sash and just replace the glass, but on the bottom hung sash i would like to replace the whole sash frame and all. If u could help me with this matter so I wouldn't have to replace the whole window it would be greatly apprec. It was built on 9/30/1994 Titan Homes, Thank you.
