office trailer option

We close on a lot mid-month, timbered by the owner three years ago and buying the lot uses up half-our-money, less a thousand, sixteen remaining, going cash basis. The idea, obviously is to pay/add on/fix up as we go. Would an office trailer,used be an option, be possible, be workable ? A newer office trailer would be nicer, cleaner, etceterer than a beat-up old house trailer, I think. What do you think ? We're in an easygoing area, a nice balance of country zoning and regulation-mindedness. Stop
