Older mobile home, 1969

I have a 1969 Park Estate mobile home. Recently my boyfriend came into contact with insulation under the home. Since then he has experienced severe eye problems. My question is, was asbestos used in the home and can you tell me who maufactured the home. I need to know the make of the home. Thanks
