it is according to your contract. is the move a local move? from a dealer? whomever you are working with should be discussing all details with you. normally we supply the installation permit if we are installing a unit in tn or ga, and customer gets other permits, location,septic,etc. but in florida, most movers pull all permits. hope this helps.

Yes, when you purchase a new mobile home from a dealer, they will handle all of the permits with the City and County, and they will get the Certificate of Occupancy, and handle a permanent foundation if you own the land.
