price of having someone pick the land out and having you home put there

the only problem i have in purchasing a manufactured home is that i wish to stay in the same district. Is there any way to pick out the home you want and have someone find a place to put it, in the area you want it? If so, how much extra does that cost, or should I look into just buying a home already here?
