Refinancing

Is there any place that we could refinance a Manufactured double-wide & land, we also had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy, back in Nov. 2008, & haven't been late on any payments, our credit is not perfect mine is 608,592,582, hers is 605,592, they say thats not bad, but AT&T didn't close out our account, after we had some cell phones on a 30 day trial, & took them back with in the 30 days, but they went & put a deal for collections on my wifes credit, everybody says they can do it, but when it gets right down to it, they all start running backwards.......
