creaking floors
by: Jerry Crichfield

Creaking floors in a mobile can be caused by the bolts being loose that hold the home to the metal frame (minor job) loose bolts will cause major squeaking

Making sure your home is level
by: Support

This is extremely important. Once you notice any mobile home that is not level, it should be a top priority to get it level very quickly.

A home that is not level will get ruined very quickly.

Luckily, re-leveling the home is quick and easy. Contact a local contractor experienced in mobile homes. Make sure they re-level homes consistently, not just once in awhile.

Try calling the local Manufactured Home dealers and ask who they would recommend.
