Replacing a Manufactured Home

I'm interested in removing my current manufactured home (1400 sq ft) and and buying new (maybe a tad bigger) and replacing on the existing land. The one I'm in is over 25 years old and falling apart (not worth any kind of remodel). What kind of expense am I looking at to get rid of the old and bring in a new?
