Selling my mobile home.

What is the safest form of payment to accept from purchaser? I'm assuming regardless of how they pay, I would be waiting till their form of payment clears the bank before I give them the Title.

Wire or cashier's check is the best form. Beyond that, it is always good to have an escrow handle the money and trasfer, but this is an additional cost.

I would not release title until the check cleared, or you had a cashier's check or wire.
