Site preperation for a single wide mobile home. What do I need to know?

What do I need to know to prepare a site for a single wide mobile home? I live north of Kansas city, outside of any city limits. I already have electric and water in my current dwelling. But I'm affraid it wont last through one more winter. My wife and I have found a mobile home that will meet our needs. But, I need to find out what I need to do to get the mobile home placed properly. Please help.
