VIN location 1976 Broadmore

I am having trouble obtaining the VIN for my 1976 Broadmore. Some places suggested were breaker box, mater bedroom, cabinet, ecternal.

BUt I still cant find it.

It should be on the tongue of the trailer.. That's what the state of Arizona told me and they were right.
