You should be able to get the gross vehicle/trailer weight GVW somewhere on the hauling tongue or in the very front cross member of the steel cross member of the unit. You may have to remove some skirting to do it. But unless it's a real old trailer that's usually where you'd find it.

If it's a newer single wide with drywall interior walls it could weigh up to 40,000 lbs. If it's an older home it may be only half that amount.
