Hard to keep in re-level double wide

I have a 14 year old double wide and it doesnt want to stay in level for very long.I have a guy that came out and leveled it for 650.00 and then he comes back every 1or 2 months and charges me 150.00 or 200.00 to do again the only way I know its out of level is some of floors creak and inside and outside doors dont close or lock. Does someone have help or answers for a seior citizen?
