Mobile Home Title

Hi,
I inherited a mobile home or trailer (not a permanent foundation) and property from my aunt, and have
been paying property taxes on both for atleast
4 years here in Sparks, Nv. I've decided to sell
the trailer and property, but I don't have a title. I
would assume the title would be in my aunt's, if there is a title. How would I go about finding a title on
a 1972 Skyline Hillcrest mobile home, double wide, 20 X 52? I have a deed to the property.
The property taxes for the mobile and property
have me listed as the primary owner, but come as separate bills.

Do I need a trailer title?
