mobile home value

For business purposes, I need to find the value of my mobile home. It is a 1995 Clayton with vaulted ceilings. It is 16x56. It is nothing fancy but in good condition. It sets on the property of a relative, so I do not own the land. Can someone please help me or tell me where I can find out the value. It is 3 bedroom 2 baths and is in Louisiana. Thanks
