Set up Inspection

My sister is selling her double wide mobile home and it is around 14 years old. The buyer's loan company are asking for proof of the inspection (state Alabama inspection Ithink) at the time of set up. The decal on the home is faded and cannot be read.

How would I get proof of the inspection at the time of set up?
