What construction, building concerns are there with a 4 bedroom, 2 bath Festval home built in 1973 (24 x 64 ID # 1612)? Is this a Fleetwood or are there other manufactures who would have a Festval in 1973? How do I find out what walls can be opened up. Do I need to worry about asbestos or other contaminants? How do I find the Blueprints?
