200 amp trailer hooked up to a 100 amp service.

Bought 3 trailers that have 200 amp electrical panels. How can I reduce the load to under 100 amps. I would like to change the stove, furnace, and water heater, but I can not find a resource for the appliances that I need. I have only Electric avalible.
