Appraised value of a 1977 14x60 single wide mobile home

I have a 1977 14X60 single wide mobile home in Bedford County, Bedford, Pa. Its a seasonal camp. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Roof leaked with some ceiling damage. Electric only. No running water or sewage. Wood-burner only. Windows leak and need repaired or replaced. It was just assessed at $7400 . I only paid $1000.00 for it as is. The doors aren't even the original doors and no screen doors. Could you give me a price or a place where I can go to get one for the appeal hearing that I have to go to?
