approx value

I am looking at a 1972Fleetwood 12x60 mobile home and can't find anything to tell me what it might be worth or if 15500.00 is to much to pay.It is in a park and seems to be in very good condition.Is this a good price?

The price of the home depends on where it is located.

Here in California, we can get a "Blue Book" value on the home (by itself - without the land). But that really won't help you. You need to talk to a local Realtor who specilizes in mobile homes so that the Realtor can assess if the price you are paying is a fair price.

A 2004 3 bedroom, 2 bath will sell for $129,000 in Stardust Mobile Home Park. But the same mobile home in Lemonwood Mobile HOme Park will sell for over $200,000! It all depends on where the home is located.
