Can I replace a broken mobile home in a mobile home park?

I am the owner of a mobile home park in Bibb county Georgia.

There are several trailers that are beyond repair and I would like to scrap them and replace the mobile home with another one.

Can I do that?

Is there a time limit?

Do i need a permit?
