I live at Sierra Vista Mobile Home Estates in Shafter, Ca. And my daughter lives withme, her boyfriend owned a mobile home here, has been evicted and now comes to visit my daughter at my mobile home, does management have the right to ban him from the mobile home park or visiting here at the mobile home park at same park but different unit? Theyre really making me upset for my daughters situation as the evictee is her current boyfriend and has been for the past seven years. What are my rights for visitors to come see me or spend the night. Plus hes also helping fix repairs i need on my mobile home itself. Can they legally ban him from this park and stop him from visiting here at the same mobile home park?
