Electrical cross over junction connection

I have a 2001 Fleetwood Oak Knoll mod. 7523F. (triple wide) Always had a gas dryer, switched to elec. Outlet dead, power good out of breaker, no power at outlet wiring.

My question: Where is the electrical cross over junction located that would feed the dryer outlet or what else could be wrong? Couldn't find prints for this.
