empty home

there is a doublewide in our neighborhood that has been sitting empty for at least 5yrs. it is a 2000 I think probably about 60ft. the whole property is in rough shape. the home has been broken into holes in the walls and windows broken. not kept up. What do you think it should be worth? Will the well still be good?
