I live in a mobile home park in pa. I got permission from the park to put up a fence. If the park would have to come on my lot and dig up water lines or any lines under ground and destroy my fence. Would they be liable to fix it or pay me.

Certainly you should ask them BEFORE they hurt your fence.

If they need to dig under your fence, then remove some portion for them to work.

If they will not pay for the damage, or cost to replace or remove it temporarily, then ask to have the cost taken out of your rent (you would pay them less when the rent is due).

Normally, any time some work needs doing on your lot, the park owners would need to compensate you for any damage that occured to your property.
