Ferris Homes, a Division of Ferris Financial Group, Inc. has specialized in manufactured, modular and pre-fab environmentally green and custom homes for almost 20 years. We initially started buying older mobile homes and replacing these with new manufactured homes in senior 55+ and all age mobile home and manufactured home communities in Northern California. As we continue to grow, we also install our factory built homes on vacant land and as secondary dwellings, especially with the economy as it is, these smaller prefab homes allow aging parents and children their private space. As a dealer we represent some of the most respected home manufacturers such as Hallmark-Southwest, Skyline, Silvercrest, Karsten and Champion. As a Northern California manufactured homes dealer, these partners allow Ferris Homes the ability to offer the most luxurious to the very basic manufactured homes to fit most any budget.
Ferris Homes is proud to offer new manufactured homes that have earned the Energy Star® label. Energy Star® qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than manufactured homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our Energy Star® qualified new manufactured homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure it meets Energy Star energy efficiency guidelines.
Today, we can offer luxury, pre-fab or manufactured green homes without the custom price. From design to construction, our manufactured, pre-fab and factory built homes have been planned to provide energy efficiency, conserve natural resources and create a healthy environment.
Because of what we see today with elderly, seniors, disabled and special needs individuals, in the new manufactured homes we build, we have become the Northern California distributor of wireless monitoring technology to help these individuals to age in place. This technology is called CloseBy Network. CloseBy Network uses advanced motion sensor technology that learns the daily living patterns of seniors and sends alerts (text or email) when certain out-of-the-ordinary events occur.
