If I sell my mobile home on time can I get it back if they don't pay. Hold the note.

yes, you can get the home back. You would want to do a bill of sale, and a promissory note. Then file the paperwork to put a lien on the home and as a lienholder, you will be able to take the home back if they don't pay. Check with your local title or escrow companies for help with this.
