help

Hi,

I live in a a nice 1970 12x60 mobile home in a senior park. (I need extra income now that we have this MESS with the economy.)
I want to start an "in-home" business but this is not allowed in the park.

So, I want to move.

However . . . . .

I can't sell the trailer.

I can't move the trailer.

I can't tear it down.

..And I can't find a job.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ? ? ?

What happens if I just walk off and leave it... abandon it in other words?

Thanks, Any suggestions would be appreciated.

help - walk away from the home
by: Anonymous

If you can't afford the home and you leave, then you could be liable for any past due space rent, utilities, and mortgage payments (assuming you have a loan on the home).

Being private property, you would be liable for the cost of the home.

Try to rent it out.
