load bearing wall?

I have a partial wall in my 2000 Marlette home that separates the formal dining and living room, is it considered load bearing?

Load Bearing Walls

Most MH's are truss roofs and are designed to carry the load from outside wall to outside wall with very little if any load bearing on an interior wall. We have often removed them for this exact purpose.

However, having said that I would certainly contact the manufacturer's engineering dept before proceeding. Or have a licensed and experienced MH contrator in your area inspect the home and give you a heads up firstl
