mobile home park manager payment?
I live in a small mobile home community and have been asked to be the manager. Duties include collecting lot rent, depositing rent, keeping ledgers, collecting and sorting mail, dealing with complaints and late rent payments, lawn care of common areas and keeping the park roads clean, showing of properties that are for sale. What type of discount of my lot rent should I expect to do this job? I was told from a past manager that he received free lot rent (not sure if that was true or not), I have only been offered a $125/month discount. Not sure if that is worth the stress that could come with the position. Would love to hear other opinions on the subject. Thanks!
