Mobile Home w/land purchase mortgage

I am considering purchasing an existing double-wide MH & it includes ownership of the land it is located on. The property & MH is located in a "park" where all lots are owned by the residents (who own their MH) & the common area (roads, park, community center, pool, security, show clearing, etc.) is taken care of by the HOA. There are monthly HOA fees. My question is can I obtain a mortgage type loan to finance this kind of purchase.
