Moving of a mobile home

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am currently making payments to own a mobile home; it was purchased in Arkansas, where I currently live. If I am able to find a place to 'park' my mobile home in the Kansas City, Kansas area, will that be legal? And how much would moving a Sunshine 70 x 16 mobile home from Sherwood, Arkansas to Kansas City, Kansas cost? I would hope this would also involve the 'detaching' of water and electrical lines and the setting up of those lines again. Please let me know as soon as it is humanly possible to answer my questions.
