My kids inherited a double wide mobile home in 55 and over community. Per Mobile home Manager, before we can
sell or do anything we needs earthquake retrofit and
has aluminum siding. Is it worth putting all the money
on the repairs or sell to Realtor haul and scrapped it.

It's Pacemaker double wide mobile home 54" length 10" wide. 2 bedrooms/2 bath. DOM 1969/DFS 1965 RY 1965

Please advise.
