Selling just the mobile home?????

Do manufactures buy pre-owned mobile homes that are in good condition from home owners? I am looking to sell my 1999 Redman Double wide mobile home that is located on 1 acre of land. I have a buyer for the land but he is not interested in the house. I did not know how to go about selling just the house.

No, a manufacturer will only be interested in building and selling new homes.

You can increase your price for the land and use the money to haul off the home; sell with the home and let them haul it off; try to sell it to some one (or give it away) who will haul it themselves.
