sewer line in mobile home park

who is responsible for the sewer line if it breaks or has tree roots growing into pipes the mobile home owner or the landlord who I pay lot rent to? Also who is responsible for the big 40 foot trees that are growing 5foot from my mobile home. I am a senior citizen I can't cut the trees
