What type of loan could I use?

I currently have the deed to 34 acres in North Carolina. I would like to move my double wide off of family land and onto the 34 acres, however I would like to refinance the home and land together along with have a septic, water and power ran to the home, if possible another structure built. Any information in the type of loan or in these areas would help a great deal.
